If there’s one person who knows how to build up hype before an album release, it’s our girl T Swift. Before her last two albums dropped, Swift released multiple singles, only enticing us more for the full-length versions. And of course, our favorite guilty-pleasure song-writing queen of
country pop is doing it again for the highly anticipated debut of 1989.
Just a few weeks after releasing the toe-tapping, play on repeat, later haters anthem “Shake It Off” Taylor releases “Out Of The Woods” and it doesn’t disappoint. Co-written with Jack Antonoff, front man of Bleachers, member of the band Fun, and Lena Dunham‘s boyf – it definitely has influences of both his bands. Different than anything we’ve ever heard from her, but we’re loving it. It’s got catchy drumbeats, plenty of synth, a kicking chorus – so get ready for your next roll down the windows anthem.
Oh yeah, and rumor has it, this one’s about Harry Styles.
