Why should you make this at home instead of McDonalds?
1.) Nothing is limited edition if you know the recipe.
2.) We put booze in it.
All you need is a bit of cool whip, vanilla pudding, vanilla vodka, creme de menthe, a flick of the whisk and wham! You’ve got yourself a pudding shooter perfect for St. Patty’s Day celebrating. (At this point we’re pretty sure we could engineer anything into a shot recipe.)
*Want to class it up? Forget the dixie cups! Pour the mixture into a delicate shot glass with a dollop of whipped cream.
Directions for boozy pudding heaven below:
- 1 container of cool whip (save a bit for the topping)
- 3/4 cup of creme de menthe
- 1/4 cup vanilla vodka
- 1 french vanilla pudding packet
Step 1: pour creme de menthe and vanilla vodka into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add in the pudding mix, whisk into the alcohol, and then add in the cool whip.
Step 3: Mix the cool whip into the liquid until it’s a lovely shad of light green and nice and smooth.
Step 4: Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate for about an hour or two, or until chilled.
Step 5: Top with cool whip before serving.
Step 6: Serve with a spoon for the easiest way to enjoy it – devour – and repeat.
